StoveTeam: Meet Our Stovebuilder, Danny!
Danny is one of our star stove builders and a valued senior team member at StoveTeam. He first joined us in 2020 as a factory worker, where he helped produce baldosas for our combustion chambers and prepared stove kits for delivery to rural communities.
As a deaf employee, Danny’s presence inspired our team to grow and adapt—learning sign language and implementing enhanced safety protocols to ensure an inclusive and supportive work environment.
In 2024, Danny transitioned to our stovebuilding team in Retalhuleu, where he continues to play a vital role. Like many of our team members, Danny supports his family through his work at StoveTeam—where we provide consistent, fair-wage employment in a region where such opportunities are rare.
As Danny’s role continues to grow, so does our commitment to supporting his success. We’re actively working to strengthen communication between Danny, the families he serves, and our team—ensuring that his skills and dedication continue to make a lasting impact in the communities we serve.
