Massachusetts Advocacy Day Showcases Industry Strength

The Northeast Hearth, Patio & Barbecue Association (NEHPBA) and the Propane Gas Association of New England came together to host an Advocacy Day at the Massachusetts State Capitol on September 17. The event highlighted the industry’s value to local communities, provided lawmakers with hands-on exposure to our products, and showed the power of affiliates working together to advance shared priorities. 

Held in the historic Hall of Flags, the Advocacy Day featured both indoor and outdoor showcase spaces, giving legislators and their staff the opportunity to see natural gas and propane appliances, biomass stoves, electric fireplaces, and outdoor living equipment firsthand. NEHPBA provided materials on energy diversity, safety, and the importance of small businesses, ensuring that attendees left with a better understanding of the industry’s contributions.
